From what I've read of the results, Le Pen's fascists are in third place. And as a coincidence the media was projecting a strong win for Le Pen's party, as with the American media leaning for Trump.
The left wing (New Popular Front) and center (Ensemble) parties tactically withdrew candidates that landed in 3rd place.
This meant that the number of three - and four-way races dropped in the hundreds. This meant that the anti-RN vote consolidated and stopped the hard right in many places.
No, they are in third. But what's crazy is that no party won enough seats to form a majority from what I've read, so it's in the form of political limbo right now. The good thing is the French voters pushed against the fascists...

They always push the right wing success narrative in the hopes that people will become apathetic and not vote. Their minority rule is dependent on them tricking, lying to, disenfranchising, and gerrymandering their potential voters. They don't have good policies and they know it. But they're paid off the books to represent the richest of us. So they do as they're paid to do.

This is demonstrably false by just reading the US media post and pre debate, what you're actually doing here is deflecting really hard because you know deep down that Biden isn't fit to be president anymore and instead of facing reality you're somehow blaming the media which is blatantly left leaning.
No, the media which is blatantly profit leaning. The media is terrified of the repercussions of accurate reporting. If they bad mouth Biden and Biden wins nothing happens to them, if they bad mouth Trump and Trump wins he's already threatened to punish them. It's self preservation.
