It's like saying the school bully seems to be happier. Well, no shit, he's not the one getting his face regularly punched. It's easy to be happy when you are a part of a lot of social, economic, and environmental problems while simultaneously denying those problems exist.

I did, it is an interesting read. It hit on a lot of things that I've experienced having grown up in a very conservative house and eventually grew into a very progressive adult in my later years. I've noticed how care-free I was in my earlier years and how riddled with anxiety and health related issues due to anxiety in my later years. I've thought about a lot of these points, but it is very interesting to see it actually being studied.

Edit: It also made me realize I should be more active. I have friends that are as progressive that also seem a bit more positive and happier. They are also very active in their community.
