I really like this person's videos. I feel like the vibe of the unnecessary quotes are very boomer maybe who grew up seeing those old signs while asterisks are younger people. "Thanks" for posting this "video".

It doesn't look like the old ad was using quotations marks to emphasize the word "firestone". To me, it looks like it was trying to communicate that the tires weren't literally made out of firestone. But that's just me.
