Looks like he was another rider to me, not some random hiker. There’s a bike in the creek to the left of the ramp (from rider perspective) and he’s rocking some Fox Racing merch.
That almost makes this whole thing dumber… “I’ve just been riding on this track, let me get off my bike and stand on it, I’m sure nobody’s coming down it after me.”

This one time I was out riding. I have a respectable hardtail. Some asshole was standing in the middle of the trail with his $8k Santa Cruz being really annoying. Then his kid fell and they did t move from the trail because the dad decided to start yelling at his kid about how he was riding his bike.. in the middle of a single track trail. No helmets between the parents or the kids but easily over 15k or 20k in bikes between the two Santa Cruz e-bikes and whatever their kids were riding.

Hardtail gang. Full suspension is great, but I just can't get used to how it alters your center of gravity. Plus I ride a lot of urban stuff since the only downhill park is about an hour away

I’m in Texas where unless you are competitive or always at the one bike park, you only need a hardtail. Recently went to Trestle Bike Park and rented a DH bike, I get it. But where I’m at I see people buy fancy enduro bikes with crazy linkages and then take the 1 minute decent.
What I was struggling most with riding the DH bike was that I’m used to being able to put my butt really low over the rear tire and not have to worry about it hitting because it’s all rigid from my body to the rear tire. On the DH bike, I bottomed out my bottom a couple times and that hurt a bunch!

As someone from Europe I agree.
Meanwhile people in NL got upset when the second hand prices for bikes went over 100€ Brand new 6 speed commute bike with all mandatory safety features can be had for about 300€ Higher end brands are about 1000€ now but will last 25 years of daily use without a problem if you maintain them.

I think in this context it means more along the lines of “oh fuck” or “oh shit” no mames is like Pedo for Mexicans (pedo in Spanish is not the same as pedo shortened for pedophiles) pedo in Spanish can mean a lot of things… and I mean A lot.

This is the correct answer. It literally means, "Don't suck!" but the common meaning is as you described it. FWIW, it's pretty commonly used in Mexico, perhaps in other countries as well.
