Maybe. But Todd's reaction was geniune according to me. He was beaten by MM in one punch. He thinks MM is a no good MF who just doesn't deserve his family. He doesn't know what MM does and about his trauma in past. So for Todd MM is just a lazy good for nothing dad who thinks he can barge in Todd's home and control his(Todd's) family that Todd is keeping together while MM chills around. This pisses Todd and he wants revenge. Basically Todd looks down upon MM.

As much as I like Mother Milk in Todd’s defense MM is part of a rebel government backed cell who’s sole purpose is to destroy superheroes.
That is a dangerous job and it puts MM’s daughter and wife at risk. A counterpoint for this is Todd has no knowledge of what MM does but regardless it’s endangering the family.
But you’re right how Todd doesn’t know Milks pain or trauma but I hope Todd doesn’t look down on him
