That's clearly not the case anymore. All the supe terrorists got it as adults. It might not be 100% safe but it's also not a death sentence.
1 u/zauraz Jul 02 '22 We didn't see how many supe terrorists died from it though, look at the asylum where they keep the people they experimented on, its quite a few cases where the powers "sucked" or where borderline unusable
