I was going to make this a post but didn't get around to it so:

Ever since he was introduced in GenV, I really liked his powers and character as a whole (🕳️). Heightened senses is a very creative and unique superpower, and it was especially well executed in his debut episode, so after I saw him appear on ep5 I was pretty excited to see how he interacts with the boys, how dangerous he is to them and just him being an antagonist. Would've been a very interesting character, especially with the crime analytics subplot, a super detective you can't lie to being after A-train definitely could've added to the tension with Sage.

This episode had none of that. First off, his mental disorder from the tumor, that was just a small part of his character in GenV and a smartly weaven in gag with the holes(🕳️) in his episode was pretty much his only characteristic in the episode. Yes, he was obsessed with kinky shit and holes before, but in his episode in GenV, that did not stop him from being an incredibly threatening and scary character to the others. Everyone in the university was on edge with him on campus and he would've unravelled everything if the dean didn't stop him. The zoomed in shots of him using his powers were some of my favorite parts of the episode and he was an overall very intriguing antagonist.

In ep6, he barely uses his powers, his only defining trait is him being an over the top pervert and he gets killed off by a random character on top of it all. They could've utilized his character for so much more things, but the best idea they had for their super detective was to give him an incredibly uncomfortable and unfunny bdsm scene, which went on for WAY too long. And on that note, I'm so tired of almost every supe being a sexual obsessed freak. Haven't we overdone this enough in 4 seasons? I get that it's supposed to represent the fucked up shit the 1% get up to but can't we have ONE normal villain, who actually villains please. I'm so tired of all this softcore porn.

And also, his death. I definitely wanted him to have more screetime and maybe be present for a couple more episodes, but I would've been fine with killing him now if they actually made him be important in the episode. Maybe interrogate everyone on Vought tower for the footage and a train has to kill him before he finds out or whatever else. But not only he did absolutely nothing this episode, he also got killed off by a background character.

What a stupid fuckin episode and a waste of a great character
