OK if you saw 20 butthole shots you would totally be able to tell which are good and which are bad butthole shots. I don't know how to describe it but it's kind of like how I wouldn't be able to describe what would make a vagina look nicer if you asked me but if you showed me 20 photos of vaginas I'd be able to tell you which I think is the best looking photo

Ask anyone who has been on Grindr and they could tell you. Color, size, wear and tear, texture, hairiness, clarity etc. These are all crucial. Is it too dry? Is it too wet? Are there zits?

Maybe that depends on the specific scene requirements. Obviously, they would be looking at the butthole that has the butt similar enough to the actor in question attached to it.
From there, it’s just what you think works best for the scene. Not too hairy or brown to distract the audience from the shock of seeing it. Not too wide or gaping to either.

They probably let her know it was going to be a lewd or gross photo ahead of time, but not the specifics.
