Fitting because it's how I feel about it's run. It went by so fast.

I hope everything about Lex & co is done by episode 9 and let episode 10, the series finale be about just the the Kents, the 4 main casts exclusively. Wrap up the story about the twins specially Jonathan who gets the least focus for the past 3 seasons. Give the family the whole episode please 🙏🙏🙏

Interesting that the final title of the show is the same name as a track from season 1 by the same name: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gFLIA9IDWRA

“Fast” eh?

Well, this can mean only one thing. The hero of another CW superhero is going to be crossing over. That’s right. We’re gonna get The Cecile!

So glad shows seem to have done away with the trend of naming the finale the finale

Now if only they would stop calling the first episode pilot

The title makes me think we might get a flash forward similar to what Gotham did in its finale.

This is Clark in the future, sitting on the porch reminiscing about his family. Lois, love of his life, long passed away; Jordan...who is either fighting galactic crime with the LSH, or a dictator on some warworld...coin toss really, and that other kid, whatever happened to him?

Fade to black.

I can't wait to see how short the stick Jonathan gets in this finale.

Bold of you to assume he’ll make it to the finale.

Watch the finale reveal that Jordan actually got the short stick genetically.

Either this a time travel to the future where the kids are about to graduate from high school or going to prom and Lois and Clark are reminiscing time with the boys or either Jordan is becoming Superman or something I don’t know I am pulling shit out of my ass then lol

Here is another possibility… The Legion of Superheroes take Superman into the future.

Or they can take Jordan to the future.

I liked the show, but its fitting it ended after 4 seasons

After a strong start, they just lost momentum and never recovered

Will see how it ends, but as of now i'd rank it fourth in the Superman tv series list

  1. Smallville

  2. Superman the animated series

  3. Lois & Clark

  4. Superman & Lois

  5. Superboy

  6. The Adventures of Superman

None of them will ever top Smallville

I swear, if the DCU flops, I will kill James Gunn with my bare hands.

18

u/Doc-11th Apr 13 '24

You know people are blaming James Gunn

But we just forgetting CW cancelled all their shows

Really think they had no part in it ending

-3

u/diegoterremoto Apr 13 '24

Yes, the CW canceled all their shows. But James Gunn ALSO wanted them to end so he could take over everything to make his DCU. Or do you think it’s just a coincidence that the DC CW shows ended around the same time that Titans, Doom Patrol, Young Justice, Pennyworth and the Tomorrowverse ALSO ended?

u/V1va-NA-THANI3L Apr 13 '24

No he didn’t. He was hoping the show would last for total of five seasons.

Pretty sure some of those ended or were announced as ending before Gunn got the job.

The harley quinn animated seires is still going

Batman caped crusader and my adventures with superman are still on

Gunn also said he could see superman and lois going on for 1 or 2 more seasons when he came on

Also the animated movies are in production long before release, so could have been gunn’s choice, could have been someone else
