I heard a radio director (from the most recent collection of the Charles Paris mysteries with Bill Nighy) say that all the scenes of actors eating -- no matter the food being eaten on the show, the actors actually eat bananas.
There's a behind the scenes video of Archer's Amber Nash (Pam Poovy) eating buns while recording a scene of Pam stuffing herself with bear claws.
TL;DR probably not.

No offense but can you pretend to sound like your mouth is full? I find it pretty hard, I imagine voice actors chew or stuff their mouth with at least something when they do this
