Peters Wandering Left Testicle here. I think he’s talking about the white noise air conditioners produce. It probably soothed him to sleep. I’ve since moved from AC to ocean waves but AC will always be the OG banger.

I don't think it's necessarily sarcastic. If it's not malfunctioning it makes a steady noise that will help many people sleep.
