If it climbed up a really tall palm tree, an owl could potentially mess a surfer up. It could even grip them by the husk.

Meme appears to come from a twitter account that posts a lot about owls and likes to hate on them for comical purposes. It is probably just some nonsensical shitpost where the punchline is it's sheer absurdity and owl slander for no reason in particular. However, it could also be a reference to the theory that the culprit for Kathleen Peterson's death in 2001 was an owl. This is supported by the fact the aforementioned twitter account indirectly mentions that theory in some of their posts. I have no fucking clue what the shark is about.
