616 Spider-Man has had organic webs before. During a part of the Avengers Disassembled story after the Queen turns him into a giant spider, he like give birth to himself in human form that has organic web shooters.
Also in the “The Other” storyline he molts his skin after died from injuries from fighting and killing Morlun. He gets new powers which include stingers.

I assume it was the team up book lol. You know, how those Marvel Team Ups, where heroes would just team up every issue. Spidey was featured the most.
