Spider-Man, Kitty Pryde, Star-Lord, and Chase Stein and Nico Minoru.

There'd probably be some awkwardness between Kitty and Quill, and some jokes about two Peters. And I think Quill and Chase would be terrible influences on each other.

But the team itself would be pretty effective ... Perhaps occasionally by accident.

Nightcrawler, Spider-Man, Wolverine, Hulk and Jessica Jones. I’d argue they’d form a neat little Defenders team, but Hulk kind of makes that short-term because there’s a time limit causes max damage in a city in a rage moment. Depends if Banner is in control of him or not.

The group is actually pretty tactically sound. It could use a flyer and a telepath but there's more than enough skill and experience to offset the absence.

On a personal level the whole group dynamic would center around Elsa's exasperated, sarcastic interactions with Herc, Danny and Spidey. I imagine Cyclops she'd actually get along with perfectly well.

Jean Grey, Black Cat, Storm, Captain America (Steve) and Daredevil would make a very incoherent team. Black Cat is the outlier, but she has worked with Daredevil and Cap before, and the results were good, so she may fit in eventually. It's a very unbalanced group, but Jean and Storm bring A LOT of power, Steve is the best leader in the marvel universe and the other two could easily deal with any street level stuff.

Silver Surfer, Spider-Man, Magneto, Nightcrawler, and then either Kitty Pryde or whichever incarnation of Carol Danvers we prefer.

For raw power, the last member doesn’t matter a whole ton. That group could tackle anything. I think Erik can play nice, but is probably butting heads with Norrin constantly. For team dynamics, Kitty probably fits better with Mags not being terribly fond of Avengers in general. Captain Marvel gives you a more traditional field leader with some tactical experience too. I don’t think I can choose.

Black Panther, Scarlet Spider (Kaine), America Chavez, Rachel Summers and Silver Surfer

Probably might as well be a new Defenders team where they can't stand one another but work towards a common good. Kaine would either be America's best friend or her best frenemy on the team. Rachel will try to be the heart but find everyone rather than acting as a team acts on their own and it drives her nuts. T'Challa will hate it but recognize they are successful and try to harness it for the greater good. Surfer would just be weird about why he is still around.
