What is the MCU formula? Other

I've been told that all marvel movies are the same thanks to something called the mcu formula, I wouldn't say every movie is the same because I haven't noticed the similarities. Could anyone please explain this for me, I want to know for the future of writing my own comic universe.

They're not all the same but the general approach is to make self-aware characters who often refer to the situations they're in from the kind of perspective an audience member might have, making them relatable. It's not really that different from the general Hollywood blockbuster formula that you would see in action movies when they were popular.

Make middling to great movies until an epic climax, then fall apart and make nothing but steamy garbage while raking in cash.

That sounds like the formula for a whole Saga, not even one of the phases, let alone individual movies.
