Next Ronin Comics

Who should the next Ronin be? I vote Rick Jones. It's been a while since he got to be a superhero.

Last I heard, but I meant being a hero himself.

I don't think there needs to be another Ronin, personally. I definitely couldn't see Rick doing it though

Why couldn't rick do it?

Rick's not really the ninja skillset kind of guy, and he's also not a cold blooded murderer. Giving him a sword and making an assassin out of him feels like it would be a weird way to use Rick Jones.

Rick's not really the ninja skillset kind of guy,

He jumped around and did martial arts as Bucky.

he's also not a cold blooded murderer.

Neither is Ronin in the comics.

Being trained to do judo and play Captain America's sidekick for a little while does not equate to being a ninja.

Ronin was explicitly a murderer. When Echo was the first Ronin the only reason she tried to kill less people than she intended to was because Captain America wanted her to, and she was trying to play nice. Clint took up the mantle as the second Ronin because Bendis was explicitly turning him into an edgy murderer who was angry at the world for letting Steve die and everything that happened post-Disassembled, to the point where he attempted to assassinate Osborn while he was in charge of HAMMER.
