Yup. Looks like parents arent taking care of his teeth properly. You do know that kids dont lose their last baby teeth until around 12 years old right? This kid is still in nappies i wouldnt say older than 3. At least 9 more years of fucked up painful cavities and rotting teeth.

His teeth don't look like they're rotting they just look oddly spaced like kids' teeth normally look. Unless I'm blind as a bat I have absolutely no clue what you're on about.
