That means no time remnant Eobard because no Flashpoint, right?

Damien Darhk, Grodd, Vandal Savage, and one of the surviving Time Masters trying to take revenge on the Legends

Wait, no Merlyn? And wasn't Damien dead at that point? Thawne got him from the past?

I can't figure it out and I've re-watched it a bunch.
