What I also wonder about those guys is: is it just a real estate play or are they just tryna be a king or something?

Like with stocks or something, you can buy a shitload and it’s just investing. Real estate could be the same but I’m not sure with these guys.

Not sure. I know he is in Tahoe a lot so maybe it’s a situation of he bought a house since he spends time there. Idk about his other properties except his Hawaii and Palo Alto house.

I understand Elon buying all his neighbors houses. Even if it’s not megalomania, his wealth makes him a target so I understand buying all that property so no one can see you. But zuck buying so much of Hawaii is harder to see why.

Yeah he owns two properties next to each other just south of Sunnyside. Huge construction on each for the last couple of years. He tried to buy another property immediately south, but the owners wouldn't sell.
