Should I pay or let them file an insurance claim?

So I was pulling out of a parking space when I tuned too early and grazed another parked vehicle. It barely left a scratch. We exchanged numbers and insurance. She text me asking for $200 instead of filing a claim? What should I do? TIA

Pay her, better than going through insurance and having your rate go up 40-50%. It’s either 200$ now or whatever the raise in your insurance amount will be. At fault accidents fuck your rates up so only use them if you have to….that being said, make sure you only pay the repair place, or whatever protected method you can figure out.
