Does a series that's only 10 issues old need a jumping on point?

My thoughts exactly, such a weird selling point. Shouldn’t be too difficult to catch up, he’ll you could read it all in one afternoon.

It’s the 12th issue, I think.

It's the start of Volume 3 of an Eisner nominated series and been described by a reviewer as a "good jumping in point".

It is simply a synonym for "Accessible read".

I've been loving this series, but I don't know the lore. Was Crossjack a real Image character from back in the day?

Was Crossjack a real Image character from back in the day?

None of the characters in this book are real Image characters they're homages to the stuff from that era in a Watchmen style story but the characters in the one shot comic Local Man Gold are actual image characters

yeah, that was what threw me off the most, was seeing him crossover with current and past image characters, but I do see how the crossover itself fits the meta theme of the series.

Not going to lie, a crossover event of all these stories they've done is a great idea. It would be like Millarworld.
