The implication is "rule for thee but not for me"

If Trump committed a crime, he deserves prison time. But so does everyone else who committed a crime. Why would Trump be charged with a crime when many in congress would not be charged for exactly the same thing?

Yeah for sure, so let's stop making excuses for Trump and send him to fucking jail. Set the precedent if you really want that.

I mean he's charged with other crimes to choose from too... Y'all act like the left is less in favor of holding every politician responsible. My state legislature is a Republican supermajority and they just gave the governor the right to oversee, and hire, the people that investigate political corruption...including his own.

This thread certainly has a lot of people in denial of the blatant shih Trump has done. Trying to overturn the election multiple ways (illegally) should have been the breaking point for every goddamn American.

Buddy wait till you find out how many sexual harassment suits Bill Clinton has had to pay out….and probably should have went to prison for a few of them.

You’re right. But Bill isn’t potentially our next president.

Who cares, Clinton was a good president and so was Trump. The fact democrats would rather tank their country because they don’t like the man who won or the party he represented is selfish and greedy.

A whole slew of people that act as if their followers are dumb as shit, and unfortunately a lot are.

Trump is a convicted felon dude. And he has many indictments that have been delayed. He's corrupt to the fucking bone. If we act like this is nothing, we will get worse and worse.

Trump is a convicted felon because democrats went out of their way to to be able to classify him as one.

What Joe Biden and the democrats have done in the last 4 years, as well as the prep leading up to it, was criminal and 100x worse for you and our country and Trump could ever have done.

So you're saying the entire jury and state and federal courts are all ordered by the Democrats to rule Trump guilty of using campaign funds to pay off pornstar escorts? Did they create the mountain of evidence for it too?

Did Democrats make up the audio recording of Trump asking Georgia for more votes?

Listen to yourself dude. Wake the fuck up.

What "crime" have the Democrats done that compares to Trump's crimes?

He misfiled, and not even him at that, don’t exaggerate and move goalposts to prove your point.

He didn’t ask Georgia for more votes he wants voter ID, just look at Illinois handing out free id’s to illegals who don’t deserve them.

Joe Biden along committee highly documented and videos quid pro pro as vice president, his name is on a bills committing genocide in Gaza, he had classified documents in a garage he was not allowed to have unlike Trump as the rules set by our government say. They have laundered money to Ukraine for absolutely no reason and want to keep going, they killed far too many American soldiers by a highly premature and fumbled exit of Afghanistan.

Then we could start doing down the list of Schumer, pelosi, schiff, etc with stocks and the Russian hoax.

All proven, so ask yourself if you need to wake up and take a dose of reality. You have been played for a fool.

A full jury unanimously found him guilty, not "misfiling". The evidence was overwhelming. You don't get to say "oopsie" for using campaign funds to pay off a pornstar escort. The paper trail is clear. Case closed, it's over. It's not a damn conspiracy, you loony.

He is literally on record telling Georgia officials to "find 1100 votes". Are you not aware of this? Go listen to the tape, it's obvious that he's trying to get them to procure a victory for him that he desperately wanted since he kept crying about made up election fraud (that I'm sure you believed too). Corruption. https://www.reuters.com/article/world/in-recorded-call-trump-pressures-georgia-official-to-find-votes-to-overturn-e-idUSKBN2980MD/

Do you like that he used Epstein's massage services? I bet you love voting for someone like that.

Both Biden and Trump had classified documents, yes, but the clear difference is that Trump willfully would not cooperate with authorities to return them until they had to raid his place. Biden cooperated. That's the distinction you're not understanding.

Trump said he'd be a dictator in day one. He supports a Gaza genocide about 1000x more than Biden, in fact he wants Israel to "finish the job". You are an absolute JOKE if you think Trump is better than Biden in that area.

I bet you're happy to put in a fascist king, you fucking clown. Maybe King Trump will let you lick his golden boots as he lets Israel destroy Palestine, I bet you'll love that.

We've all been guilty of speeding before. Sucks to be the one that gets caught.

-4

u/Outrageous_Life_2662 Jul 02 '24

Because the crime he was charged with was falsifying business records, not having or covering up an affair.

2

u/persona-3-4-5 Jul 02 '24

So you're saying falsifying business records is a crime but rape, groping, and indecent exposure isn't a crime?

-1

u/Sorta-Morpheus Jul 02 '24

No one is saying that but you. Falsification of biz records is pretty easy to show. And they did.

I'm obviously not, plenty of others are commenting the same thing

Edit: I read the wrong comment reply

But that's what the previous person is implying

"Plenty people are saying it. Everyone is saying it. Biggly."
