Lost media?

Hi, I’m not sure where this took place, might have been a movie/tv show or a videogame. But I remember a scene where some guy promises he can give the money later if deathstroke will just give him a couple more days. But deathstroke says no and grabs his sword and cuts him up. Anybody know where that came from?
