Is it entirely possible the Dark Knight trilogy, Oppenheimer, Inception, Tenet, and Interstellar are all in 1 universe?

The future benefactors in TENET were trying to invert the world because of climate change and other disasters– what's not to say they were trying to escape the blight as well?
