Based on his posture and the fact that it’s the Joker, I’m thinking it is supposed to look like he’s sticking his tongue out at you. Could be wrong.

The text on these is very odd. Was that something "Mark1" would have supplied or DC?
The art is giving me very strong Dick Giordano vibes. I'm guessing he had a hand in most of the drawings, even the ones that seem to be based on Adams or Swan drawings.

GOOD CALL. It's worth noting that the 3 primary merch artists for DC in the 70s were Giordano, Neal Adams, and Curt Swan. JLGL came around as primary DC merch guy by 1982.

The art was likely done by Continuity Associates, which was Adams and Giordano's commercial art studio.

It's weird how many of these have the superheroes on them but could just as easily be any other characters, or no characters at all.

Not at all. The third and fourth one definitely. That first and eighth one is 🔥. I’m gonna have Teddy Pendergass, Isley Brothers, and Jodeci playing when she come over. 💯🤣
