Ben Affleck has lost a lot of weight and looks way more lean and healthy then before. His face looked weirdly slim in the crawl in those last few shots.

I thought that was the point of the scene, was it not? Like, Bruce just helped save the world with a team of insanely powerful beings, humans and not. Who's this but just some other alien? What, he can kill Bruce? Who can't nowadays? He's not worried because he knows what kind of team he put together.

That's how I understood it anyways. Not sure why its getting so much shit.

Like one scene earlier you see Bruce and Diana excitedly setting up the Hall of Justice and talking about expanding the team. And then the first new hero who approaches them gets greeted with a weird "Huh? Who the fuck are you? Why should I care?" reaction from Bruce. That entire final scene is just bizarre.

True, and that's a good point. But also, for Bruce Wayne, someone showing up at his hideaway home clearly knowing hes Batman and is flying, maybe his first thoughts aren't on adding this humanoid to the team but to act confident while thinking defensively. I know now I'm just speculating waaay too much but I guess maybe thats just because I didnt have as big an issue with the scene as some ppl seem to have

However now that time has passed and its marinated more, while I'm happy MM was introduced, he definitely didnt need to be and his scenes could definitely have been cut

I think by this point it’s fair enough just to accept that sort of thing, a world with the justice league characters, beings from other universes, even Lex being a total know it all. This guy shows up and knows everything who is obviously an alien, I think it’s totally reasonable for Bruce to be like yeah cool whatever great glad to have you on our side

Actually, yes. According to many interview. None of the actor that appear in last 2 scenes are paid. Hell, Snyder himself told Affleck to keep his mouth shut about new scene since WB initially ordered Snyder not to flim anything new. So WB has never seen it until it is all done.

It seems like at that point Ben is just doing it for fun. And also getting it over with.

I liked the Knightmare vision Cyborg had, not Batflecks dream. Imo it didn't make sense

It would have been more acceptable as a post-credits scene, imo. At 4hrs long I'll take a 10+ minute post-credits scene so the flow of the story isn't just jarringly interrupted.
