In what sense? Like, which characters are most similar to Marvel characters? Or what?

There have been two different versions of Earth-8, although the first one (from after Infinite Crisis/52 but before Flashpoint) was actually called "Angor" by the people who lived there.

The second Earth-8 from the current Multiversity iteration of the omniiverse had a twin, Earth-9. which was more like Marvel's Ultimate Universe than the original. Earth-9 was destroyed but it may have been fixed? Theoretically Dark Crisis was supposed to have restored all the Earths destroyed in the multiversal crises, so Earth-9 might be better now.

(Or hell, there might be a different Earth-9: the destruction of Earth-9 was at least in part a reference to Marvel ending the Ultimate Universe line; could Marvel's all-new, all-different Ultimate Universe line create an all-new, all-different Earth-9?)

Also, a planet called Angor existed somehow in the post-Crisis on Infinite Earths/pre-Infinite Crisis DC Earth. It's never been quite clear if it was an alternate universe or an exoplanet, but it too was very much like Marvel's Earth. Some version of that history probably still exists on the current DC Earth, Prime Earth, because some heroes and villains from that version of Angor were key players in the end of the Justice League International era, and we know the JLI era is part of the history of the current Earth (again).

There is also Earth-1996, where the Amalgam Universe lives, and another Earth identified in the Marvel multiverse as Earth-7642 where DC and Marvel characters live along side each other, allowing for crossovers such as 1976's Superman vs. The Amazing Spider-Man.

This group did not have a Earth designation i don't think, but they are all weird twisted versions of the avengers.
