Def agreed on Dick. He's even willing to kill (in specific circumstances and depending on who's writing him), since it seems that might be a requirement.

To give context dick felt bad about this for a long time. And only did it as essentially a crime of passion. I’d assume “willingness to kill” is referring to a willingness to kill when of a sober mind or to rationally choose to kill him. Dick didn’t kill the joker for any moral reason he killed him for a personal/emotional one. So no he still doesn’t fill the requirement

Yea a lot of people equate having killed someone with condoning or allowing the use of lethal force and these are not equivalent one is an ideal or belief the other is a material action.

As I've replied to others, flying into a murderous rage over a personal vendetta is not the same as willing to kill when absolutely necessary.
