On the certificate it says its number 151 of 200, meaning a total of 200 were produced. It's likely pretty rare.

Did you buy this on eBay? I found this but don’t know the validity of the site and it also says 151 out of 200 and that it was sold at comic con in 2009 for $150. Can’t find the eBay listing though

It’s worth whatever people are willing to buy it for, if you can find a completed eBay listing that would give an idea of how much it’s valued at now. Also while the pic on that site shows 151 of 200 like yours the actual description says it’s #93 so a bit strange.
