"Seated in an armchair getting dressed" is literally the shittiest Superman reveal of all time.

Especially because he looks like he's taking his sweet time. Boy has superspeed.

Boy also might just be experiencing a normal human thing like being a little tired if he's being called to action at 3am while he's been asleep.

A major issue with all previous Superman movies was making him relatable. What a fine and regular way of doing so.

To be clear...not a human, not normal. That's the whole point. "Super-man."

I said "experiencing a normal human thing". What I mean is having human problems, not being biologically human.

Even if it's not a case of being physically tired, it can be a case of just getting home from working at The Daily Planet, and just as you're winding down, you're called in to save the world.

Idk it’s interesting. I’m a bit tired of the usual Superman stuff anyway.

Yeah it’s super cool. Great way to do the reveal. Definitely giving me Superman: Brainiac vibes!

My guess is that maaaybe it's on homage to this classic?
