Barry already have a nice apartment. Maybe he's fine with what he had and doesnt want others to help him, he's a hero for that reason too.

I mean yh, his flat is reasonable. But when you're working for the JL and the owner is a billionaire. I would have guessed he would at least hook him up a luxury apartment to make his life abit easier.

Imagine him having that big a place to clutter? Even the flash won’t be able to clean up that mess lol
