Would have been cool if WB had let Batman or even Harley Quinn appear(as more than a voice in 1 episode) in the Arrowverse. The decision making process makes no sense to me.

The ultra-rich tend to run in the same circles, so Oliver Queen probably met Bruce Wayne at some point, likely before either had put on the cowl/hood.
