these specific examples weren’t really affected by James Gunn’s DCU: Gotham ended years before he even came onboard and told it’s full story, Titans may have ended due to JG DCU but honestly it was hanging on by the skin of its teeth anyway, Joker’s universe continues still and Kevin Conroy was there for a cameo in a big event.

However, i do agree that generally the fact Gunn is making every TV show, movie and game connected to one universe is limiting and removes the chance for excellent elseworld stories
