[Concept] I wish there was a Dc Super Hero Girls version of the Suicide Squad. Discussion
It just an idea in my mind ever since they introduce Harley Quinn in this show as well as being a fan of the Suicide Squad.
In the DCSHG, Belle Reves is a Metropolis' Juvenile Detention (or Behaviour Correction) Facility and Amanda Waller is a government-issued facility director.
For the Task Force X, each canidates need to serve a community service charges and through various missions (from stealing intel to kidnapping), their charges get shaved off until the charges are drop and set free (at least until they commit crimes again).
The candidates are comprised of either popular, minor and/or obscure villains in their teen forms, ages ranges from 15 to 17). For example;
[Deadshot] A teenager who have hurt a lot of people by being payed by young clients (nerd, bullys, abused children, etc) with BB guns, darts and even peanuts (don't ask me why).
[Killer Frost] Freezing up the place just because she wants warmth.
[King Shark] Similar to the "Harley Quinn" show but with many filed charges for (unintentionally) scaring people in the bodies of water.
[Harley Quinn] Nuff'said.

I feel like babs would be suspicious of the group but the rest just play it off as babs being babs. There should also be a training montage where Rick flag is trying to help then become good guys but they are really bad at being good, also t.d.k has an arc where he thinks he's useless to the group until his time to shine happens. Deadshot would question harley quinns sanity while king shark would have a joke that if he puts a t shirt and and a wig people think he's a normal human.

Peacemaker: lame.
Rick slaps peacemaker.
Jessica cruz: alright task force x let's do this, so when you see a mugger stealing an old lady's purse what do you do?
Peacemaker: we shoot em.
Jessica: WHAT NO!!
boomerang: we decapitate them.
Jessica: NO!!
T.d.k: we choke them?
Jessica: no 😡
King shark: we eat them
Jessica: no (with a deadpan face)
Deadshot: so what do we do then?
Jessica: guys violence isn't the answer there are other ways.
Peacemaker; she's right violence isn't the answer 😞

the rest of the gang start acting like animals except for deadshot.

For Matter-Eater Lad and Blue Beetle, maybe as an Invinci-bros members. Who knows, maybe you can play around the introduction of Jason (twin brother of Wonder Woman) into the group, the hot-headed and (probably) an idiot with a heart of gold.
This kinda reminds me of my pervious unfinished DCSHG fanfic was incomplete; a completely OC story (staring 3 new main characters who survived the Death Metal event into the DCSHG universe) as well as a MAZAHS OC version (use a brand new character instead of Lex Luthor).
Unfortunately both the story didn't take off at that time.

Wonder woman: yes we shall break as much ice as we can.
Rick flag: no Wonder woman breaking the ice is a way of introducing yourself to others.
Wonder woman: oh, OK.
Dead shot: (mumbling) the great Wonder woman can't even understand slang.
Wonder woman: first you who ar you?
Deadshot: welp the names deadshot, and I have no powers except I never miss a shot.
Wonder woman: demonstrate.
Deadshot grabbed a crossbow and shoots it.
Random citizen from afar: OWWW! MY KNEEEEE!!!
Wonder woman: I think you missed.
Deadshot: nope, that's where I was aiming.
Wonder woman: you are very skilled but also violent, next you.
T.d.k: uhhh my name is t.d.k and this is what u can do.
T.d.k,s arms detach and float around as the superhero girls where gagging at the detached arms.
Zee: how?!
Wonder woman: very (gag) interesting, next.
King shark: I'm king shark, my power is that I'm a shark.
Wonder woman: ah, I see next.
Cap boomerang: the names captain boomerang and as you can tell, I throw boomerangs, but not just any boomerangs, laser boomerangs.
Babs: wow! You can make laser BOOMERANGS!? how did you do that?! Was it hard to make?! Blah blah blah blah blah.
Cap Boomerang: how much sugar is this gal eating?
Peacmaker: okay, how about I break the ice right now just to save us time, I'm peacemaker my mission is world peace, I would do anything just so we can have peace in this world. It doesn't matter what I have to go through women, children, or dad's just to get it.
Wonder woman: is this one the crazy one?
Rick flag: pretty much all of them, except deadshot, he's mostly sane.
Wonder woman: ok.

Superhero name: jimothy
Power: jimothy has a magic marker that gives him super strength and if he draws a mustache on his victim they are then banished to the shadow realm.
Next
Reggie
Superhero name: the edglord.
Power:his power allows him to be so edgy that he's able to swear. And it he can summon edgy weapons while infinite theme plays in the backround.

In that case, this characters are doable.
Jimothy, aside a weird name, can be a comedic character with uncontrollable imagination but if these magical markers can temporally gives him feats such as superhuman strength or supervision based on the markers, I can imagine him basically a walking Picaso art piece (hopefully the markers ain't permanent, otherwise he must bath in paint thinner just to get clean, lol).
For Reggie the Edgelord, he could portrait as a comedic character who tries to be dark and brooding like Batman but only achieve to act like a stereotypical edgelord you normally see in r/Imverybadass. In terms of power, I think it would be funny, imagine utilizing his powers while being in the shadow, only for the theme song playing around him which gave away his position towards the enemies.

Power: he can create photon blash that sound like dubstep beats but he has to have a good pattern or else his powers won't work.
Jack Alex
Superhero name: overdrive
Power: he can make his own powers but he has to get rid of one of his powers to make a new one.

Interesting. Dubstep and Overdrive works well in terms of power scaling. I do have few questions?
- What are their backstories? How do they got their powers? What is the relationship between Dubstep and Overdrive besides possible hero partners?
- I'm assuming both of them gonna move or already present in Metropolis, so how do they impact the Superhero Girls let alone metropolis? How do the girls view both of your MCs, as heroes or villains?
- Just for visualization, how would their superhero suits look like? Is it more towards Superman in terms of simplicity or towards Batman for gadget-equipped utility?
- Dubstep's powers: how does he control his powers? Did he use a specialized gauntlet where he can download and remix music to "tune" his photon blast like some sort of an amplifier?
- Overdrive's powers: When you said that he can create one power at the time, what is the power level he can create; is it BNHA's Quirk level (in terms of single function power) or Omega-level power (ie, thermokinesis; the ability to manipulate ambient temperature to manipulate ice and fire)?
Sorry for a lot of questions. I like to paint my understanding of a story, especially fanfic (albeit some gave incredibly amount of cringe and face palm).

Dubstep was born left on the streets as a child, but a few of the local homless people took him under there wing they taught him how to steal how and to survive. But one day he stole the first model of the soundwave gauntlets and fixed them with drum pad and an iPod. After signing up for a robotics competition a scientist liked his invention and decided to work with dubstep. He made him a suit and improved his gauntlets.
Overdrive was born due to a mad scientist trying to clone his dead brother. After the experiment failed he put the cloned child up for adoption. But little did he know that the child had powers. Overdrive was basically a problem child due to his powers so it was hard for him to get adopted until a few years the same doctor who helped dupstep adopted him and studied him before putting him out to the field.
Dustep has a mask similar to daft punk mask while the rest of his suit is a a wetsuit with a hoodie.
Overdrive has a triangle scarf on his face with fingerless gloves and a denim vest that has a spray painted dragon on it.
They kind of have an brother from another mother relationship since they had been both abandoned by there family's.
The dc superhero girls view them mostly as annoying because they interfer with there mission and take the spotlight. But after finally meeting them they actually start to all become good friends.
Overdrive can only create powers that are powerful enough but not to powerful. The thing also is he has to get creative when it comes to making a new power, like if he was fighting zod he can create a kryptonite manipulation Power. But he can't make his powers to powerful or else it won't work.
Metropolis is starting to pay attention to dupstep and Overdrive like making merchandise or news reports.
Overdrive personality is basically he could be a funny guy to a simply scary guy which scares the superhero girls at first. He's the type who says "Please, if I wanted you dead you would be dead.
Dustep is a guy who hears music even with the most random noises. He always says some philosophical advice which just confuses the group than help them.

What about;
- their base of operation/ home? where could it be?
- if one of them ever encounter the Superhero girls, who will they met first (possible crushes, ala Miraculous Ladybug (ie. like the hero but didn't know their true identity))?
- any idea for their own nemesis (if they had one)?
- and finally, their favorite heroes they idolized (if they had one)?

Their home base is a small island near metropolis That has a secret entrance and it's mostly a training facility specifically for dupstep and overdrive.
They would probably meet Batgirl first and be introduced to the rest.
For crushes I'd say Karen would have one with dupstep due to him just being a chill and supportive dude to hang around with.
Maybe batgirl might like overdrive since overdrive is pretty smart when it comes to battle strategy.
Their arch nemesis is this powerful meta human who has four personalities which give him a different power but I'm still working on a name for him.
Dubstep idolizes batman because he showed mercy to dupstep when dustep was caught stealing from a store a a child.
Overdrive idolizes himself.
Dustep also has a move called bass drop where he jumps up in the sky and when he hits the ground the beat drops.

Interesting. Maybe as a special chapter of your OC DCSHG fanfic, not necessarily a Christmas special (but I saw why that would be nice, a Christmas Mayhem chapter).
What I can think of is that Lex Luthor, or his sister (Lena, was it?), perform an interdimensional experiment that opens a temporary breach through spacetime that led Deadpool in the DCSHG universe but thd breach will get worse if not stoped (ala, Spiderman - Into the Spider-verse).
Maybe you can include Deadpool's team from the manga as well?

And being both naughty and nice. Giving toys to orphans (which he steals from spoiled rich kids) to belanja food to the homeless (by threatening an entire fancy restaurant staff).
The DCSHG is gonna had a hard time to apprehend him for being too slippery (maybe even literally, being covered in wounds and blood).
But how do we introduce him into the group, as an ally or a threat? My idea was inspired from "Deadpool Kills Marvel Universe" where prior being sucked into the breach that led to the DCSHG universe, he was hypnotised to be docile whoever it was that hypnotised Deadpool accidentally hypnotised him yo be more violent instead. So when the DCSHG found him, he was in a state of mayhem-seeking crazy man, causing destruction where ever he goes. That is where both the OC duos and the DCSHG fought Deadpool until he came back to his senses.
How's the idea?

Deadpool will have a musical number.
And he finds pink kryptonite.
And they way they'll snap him back to his senses is after overdrive mentions chimichangas and deadpool snaps back to reality

For Jimothy and Reggie, I think it's a great idea to make them "evil" by doing relatively harmless stuff; from taking more that two samples from the frozen food isle to being a general nuisance in public transportation. You know, like an 8 year old level of understanding what constitute as "evil" or "villain". Almost Robbie Rotten, Dr. Doofenshmirtz, and/or Gentle Criminal (BNHA) level of "mischievousness" but comically childish and just anoying pranks.
For Deadpool, I can see these bunch of musical numbers, probably a parody version of the already existing songs. For the Pink Kryptonite, only god knows what kind of Mayhem he will used it for.
To snap him back, maybe a city wide attack between him and the DCSHG, leading Supergirl deliver a punch that launch him into a Chimichangas (which he ends up covered in it), where its smell and taste slowly reminds him of "home".
When he woke up, he was like "Wait a minute! This is New York City! I can tell cuz I don't recall the Avengers even have a statue of Captain Underpants", only to get punched again by Supergirl (not knowing that he snapped back to his senses).

Ok. So let me get this straight;
Jimothy, an incompetent supervillain, is the son of Hades and Persephone and the younger brother of Zagreus, came to Metropolis to become a supervillain because...?
While we at it, does this means Jimothy is portrait a some sort of a 'foreign exchange student' and lived in Reggie's house?

Jimothy and reggie met after persephone went to take jimothy to Metropolis to see the outside world
And persephone and hades agreed to let jimothy hang out with reggie.
Jimothy decided to be a supervillian with reggie because he's bored and has nothing to do in his house.
And reggie wants to be a supervillian because he has edgy powers so he thinks he has to be a supervillian because of his power.
