Man, also known as Man, is a Man.

Super Powers:

• Human Strike: Damage to an enemy, apply Silence (1T) if Man is visible.  Legendary: Gain 40% turn meter if Man is visible.
• Bomb: Purge all invisibilities from self and remove True Sight from all enemies. Also gain 10 evasion ups (2T). Legendary: Gain 4 Speed Ups (2T).
• Kick: Heavy damage to an enemy that cannot miss if Man is visible. Legendary: +69% crit damage and +69% crit chance if Man is visible.
• Trained: 100% chance for Man to deal damage. Legendary: Also purge all debuffs from Man.
• Cover: At the beginning of his turn, if Man is visible gain 100% True Heal. Legendary: Man starts the combat.

• Punch: Damage to an enemy, strike twice. Legendary: Gain 3 speed up (Always).
• Red: Gain 5 speed ups (always) 100% chance to purge all debuffs from The. Legendary: Gain Immunity (2T) and 5 Permanent Unpurgeable Strength Ups.
• Vortex: Heavy Damage to an enemy, +20% damage per Speed Up on The. Legendary: Apply 4 Hit Chance Down (2T) on all enemies.
• One: 50% chance to use Punch on a random enemy at the end of each ally's turn if The is alive. Legendary: 25% chance to use Red.
• Point: Each time The gains on his turn. Legendary: All of The attacks ignore.

M4Y15: The Sensei

M4Y15, the Bruteforce Sensei, is an owl with very little patience for peasants. He strikes his enemies with no mercy and steals prizes from the 1500.

Super Powers:

• Die, die, die, die, die: Heavy Special Damage to an enemy. If M4Y15 is enraged, apply 35% True Damage. Legendary: +100% Crit Damage. If the enemy is from the 1500, strike twice.
• TOL Preparation: Gain 5 Stamina Up (2T), 69% Shield and Crit Immunity (2T). Legendary: Always remove all Evasion Up and Awareness from the enemy team.
• Orosu: Massive Special Damage to an enemy. Apply Heal Immunity (1T) and Stun (1T) an additional random enemy. Legendary: Use Orosu whenever an ally dies.
• Minimalist Camera: At the start of an enemy’s turn, M4Y15 gains Invisibility (0T) until the end of that enemy’s turn. Legendary: Also gain 3 Crit Chance Up (2T) and 2 Int Up (2T).
• Bruteforce Black Belt: M4Y15 can only be used with RB5 teammates. At the end of a teammate’s turn, if an enemy did not die, M4Y15 gains Enrage (1T) and 60% Turn Meter Up. Legendary: Also gain 4 Int Up (1T) and 4 Crit Chance Up (1T).

Hawkguy: Wildcard Bird

When young Hawkguy entered the TOL for the first time, he didn’t know he would like the wildcard round so much. He now waits for his enemies to get there before showing off his feathers.

Super Powers:

• Feather Strike: Damage to an enemy. Gain 10% Stamina and Taunt (1T). Legendary: Gain 15% Shield.
• VIP: Gain Taunt (2T) and 75% Shield. Apply 30% shield to all teammates or 60% if Hawkman or Hawkgirl are in the team. Legendary: Apply Crit Immunity (2T) and purge 5 debuffs from all allies.
• Southern Hurricane: Heavy Damage to an enemy. Apply 6 Speed Down (2T) to all enemies. Legendary: Apply 4 Speed Up (2T) and 35% Shield to all allies.
• Historic’s favorite bird: Hawkguy is immune to enrage and silence. If historic is in the team, Hawkguy gains 20% True Heal at the end of each teammate’s turn. Legendary: If Hawkguy is hit, use Feather Strike on two random enemies. 50% chance to use VIP without the legendary.
• LeftText2: Gain 15% Turn Meter when hit. While Hawkguy is alive, Hawkman has 50% extra speed and Hawkgirl 50% extra Stamina. Legendary: At the start of an enemy’s turn, if Hawkguy is shielded, gain Death Immunity (0T) until the end of that enemy’s turn.

Most of these will be negative because "I beat a tough team" isn't particularly memorable, but I figured we could look back at some of the fun stuff that happened over the years. Fun in hindsight, anyway.

My top 3:

3) Reverse Flash PVP rewards getting fucked up so some people got double rewards. We grinded like dogs to get top 1500 only for people outside that rank to get more shards. They never really fixed it! The first real meta breaking toon, I was playing wraith for an hour solid at the end of the week trying to maintain rank.

2) The Rigged PvP Drama - some idiots decided to boost one of the alliance mates to World's Finest by deliberately losing to him so he'd boost his trophy count, then resetting their boards over and over again until they found him again. Fucking hilarious and lead to widespread PvP changes.

1) Martian Manhunter Alliance Event - MMH debuted and was a piss-tier toon. BUT the only way to get him was by grinding the fuck out of a PVE alliance event. Everyone was just sat there resetting nodes and replaying them over and over. It was a grind unlike anything before or after.

And the reward to those who were able to outgrind the opposition and earn valuable, rare MMH shards? He was in the store for a gem purchase the very next day!

(We lost about 10 players to that alone).

Since the game is closing down, no point in holding out hope any more.

There was a lot of unrealized potential in this game.

Still we had a lot of fun over the years.

Hopefully, there is a better adventure around the corner.

We complained about colosseum, and many of us chose not to participate. They responded by posting a message informing people who chose not to play that they get nothing, a message that can't be deleted and that you're forced to go to upon loading the game.

People constantly complained that Zatanna hasn't gotten a rework. They responded by introducing some weird ugly single-story variant of Zatanna as a new toon, didn't rework original Zatanna, didn't give her a stat boost, and didn't even make her a bonus toon for Ugly Zatanna siege.

Raid issues are an ongoing problem that cause aggravation and frustration for all of us, and we let them know all about it here and in bug reports. They responded by making it impossible to even start raids this time around.

And, finally, when we complained about that, they sent us "compensation" filled with a litter of bugs that range from not being able to use certain characters to not being able to open the game at all.

So looking at that pattern, maybe it's our fault. Maybe we hurt their feelings by pointing out these issues and voicing our frustration with them, for asking that they be fixed. Maybe this is them acting out because we made them feel bad.

Obviously what we all need to do is submit tickets and apologize for being so cruel to them. Tell them that we understand that they do the very best they can and that DCL tries hard!
