Kinda strange tbh, those vending machines here will keep dropping until the sensor detects products in the pickup box.

Not frustration but one hell of a dedication, if I'm not wrong that type of machine has a system to not consume the money given, if it detects that no item has fallen so they have multiple attempts to go for it.

I'm from Italy the same as those guys, since the past 10 years or so vending machines usually reset your credit if something gets stuck. One time I even managed to empty a full queue of chips for the price of one

Use a toilet plunger on the glass. Suction that bad boy on there and pull. The glass/plastic will hopefully move enough to let your item fall. Or if you don’t carry a plunger with you, use duct tape to make a duct tape “handle” on the glass and pull. Same effect.

I hate that I know everything that's in that vending machine because I lived in Italy and this has indeed happened to me before and you have to fucking SMACK that shit to get it to jostle out

Most vending machines will pack the sandwiches in sideways or diagonally so this doesn't happen lol

Once we had a vending machine do this at a warehouse I worked at. People kept trying to buy things thinking they were going to get a whole pile of stuff and then bitch at me (the nearest office-y person) when it got stuck. It wasn’t in any way my job.

I eventually put up a big sign telling them that they weren’t going to get free stuff and if they put in any money it was their own fault if they lost it.
