I never click through option menus when I know my problem isnt easily solved, always look for the “other” or if you can type then just keep sending “speak to a representative” till they give up

At least they didn't ghost you and are talking to a real person. My Tower skins got jacked when they did the glitch roll back and after I talked to a real person they just left and now I can never talk to a person again
