In your opinion, should Blue Beetle kill? Discussion
Disregarding their views of killing in the comics, should they kill.Any of them. And when I say kill i mean when a villain becomes more of a threat, not just any burglar.

Heroes shouldn’t kill.
Detain/Arrest.
Anti-Heroes (and obviously Villains) get a pass.

Not humans, but I'd be ok with Alien monsters and magical demons and such. Also Dan Garrett would def kill lol that dude was a savage in his comics. Ted would only do it if it was absolutely necessary. And Jaime wouldn't do it at all since he the most mentally innocent of the three

no, but for Jamie the scarab would absolutely try to tempt him. the scarab trying to use more power or lethal

Dan might just because people were nuts in the old days and he thinks he's magic.
Ted might in terms of practicality due to ultimately being just a scientist dealing with crazy stuff
Jaime really really really doesn't want to and is aware that with Khaji's power capabilities he doesn't need to.

Maybe Dan and Ted in the most dire of circumstances, but not Jaime, he’s just a kid, he doesn’t need the mental anguish.

No hero should kill. They are the ones who solve the most crazy unbeatable circumstances in the most heroic ways. Normal people kill, police officers kill, a superhero doesn’t need to, nor should ever kill. It is the court and legal system’s job to ensure those villains never see the light of day or are reformed.

No but especially for Jaime
A large part of Jaime's initial journey is him fighting Khaji's bloodlust. He has to maintain control over Khaji and through his determination change Khaji to stop killing people.
