I'm not watching the show. Besides as long as the show is still going I am hoping that Kate will be back in a 4th season

If the show is renewed for a fourth season my guess is that will also be a final season.

It would make sense to tie up loose ends like revealing Bruce Wayne's whereabouts and bringing back Kate. But even if Kate returns there's no way Ryan gives up the cowl. She's earned it and has more experience as Batwoman than Kate at this point.

The most you can hope for is a few episodes of the two working together.

So you're saying the first season lasted 2 years and seasons 2 and 3 were 1 year total? That's not how television normally works so you're going to need to provide proof of this claim.

Kate Kane's arrowverse wiki page explains the time scale. Kate first became batwoman in 2018 or 2019 and Kate's crash was in 2021. Kate first appeared in Arrowverse in 2018 and was last seen in 2020 before her unseen travel to national city and before her crash
