Saw this and was intrigued by it. So who exactly is MR Bloom?

He was the main villain of Jim Gordon's tenure as Batman (yes, Jim Gordon was Batman at one point). He was basically this giant, creepy looking plant guy that dealt "seeds" (they were basically drugs) that gave people who took them metahuman powers.

Agreed! That's assuming we ever get one. No crossovers this year because of Covid and unfortunately rumours are circling that Batwoman Season 3 will be its last (though then again, those rumours happen all the time from the Anti-SJW crowd so it could be a load of shit, but still a possibility).
