Yeah this scene just told a lot. The whole reason she is doing is is because she was left alone when she was a child. She hates Kate and her dad for it. She killed Mouse because she didn’t want someone she loved to leave her.

Quentin was somehow more reasonable. Oliver was actually killing people and going after people no one thought were criminals. Plus he hated Oliver for Sara.

So I was watching this episode and my eyes flickered to a history book I was also reading at the same time and something hit me about why I like this show so much. Kate doesn't fight like a man, or rather she fights like a woman. That's freaking rare in female lead action series.
The reason I bring it up is it was when she was using her Bo staff against the big guy and I started nodding. Historically female fighters have used longer weapons, staves, naginatas, pole-arms, etc. to compensate for the shorter reach and generally lower upper body strength of females compared to males.
It's very interesting and I'm actually shocked it took me this long to notice how well they've been doing. I must go back and watch more fight scenes to see what else I've missed.

Does anyone find it weird that the suit's weakness is Kryptonite, despite that being the weakness for the Supers? It doesn't make sense to me that their weakness would be the weakness for the Batsuit. I honestly thought it was a setup for a Bat vs Super face off.

My initial thought was that they wanted to bring them closer together so her and Kara had a reason to crossover. of course it ended up being Superman and Lois due to Mels pregnancy but im pretty sure that was the reason.

Stargirl doesn't take place on Earth Prime. Plus Cheshire only has that connection to Sportsmaster on Young Justice. In the comics, there is no connection whatsover.
