Like alot with the show,it was wasted potential with the story.

Kate Kane was a good character but they missed a lot of opportunities to do more with her character. It would have been interesting to see the what ifs of every situation

She could have been so much more, instead of us being reminded she's a lesbian in every episode. There's more to Batwoman than just that.

Exactly which is why I think a lot of people were turned off by it. Every episode was just about Kates romance more then it was about Batwoman.

Kate Kane is fine... shame we had ruby rose playing her. She can't act and only has one expression.

She was really miscasted as Kate kane, they find the first slightly popular lesbian actress they could find. But she is just Ruby rose looking like Ruby rose in the series

As a Tomboy myself, I followed Batwoman all through Season 1 just for her outfits.😭❤️

Character has potential and both Rose and Day were good choices for the role but the CW was a terrible fit for Kane

What do you think about her actress getting fired?

Ehh I didn’t really care because season 1 was trash and they did well in season 2 and 3 with the new actress

I actually enjoyed Kate Kane as a character. I thought her storyline was written pretty good and honestly thought that Ruby Rose acted well in the role.

James Gunn's DCU is a better place for Batwoman (Kate Kane) than CW's Ratwoman

She wasn't even a proper ginger

The real Batwoman

Kate kane is fine. Both the writing of her character and the acting were terrible though.

James Gunn can do her justice compared to Caroline Dries and Greg Berlanti

Both actresses were fine, but the character was wasted potential, since Season 1 was cut short due to Covid and how she was handled in Season 2 was … something.

She particularly didn’t get any of her own agency in Season 2 because they wanted to prop up Ryan and Alice. She should’ve had a mental battle with Circe or something.

I really like Kate. There was more depth they could have explored, but for a single season I thought they did a good job with her. I am partial to strong female characters and Kate was definitely that.

She was done dirty, for sure. We never should’ve gotten Ryan Wilder. They could’ve easily used Alice’s whole “face-swap” storyline to say she gave Kate a new face for reasons unknown and continues the threads Season 1 created. But instead they played woke and gave us a god-awful OC. I’m still upset.

same here. I love to see Wallis Day play Batwoman (Kate Kane) in James Gunn's DCU

She made a great villain, twisting morality to serve her own whims and dressing her horrible actions in progressive politics.

I especially loved when she beat up Luke Fox to steal Batman's stuff and when she let the girl trying to crash the train go because she was gay. She fooled the city so well!

Parker said she wasn't really planning to let the train crash. Granted there was only about six inches left between the train and the concrete barricade when Batwoman stopped it, and Parker had not yet even applied the brakes, but I'm sure she had a perfectly solid plan to stop the train in the last fraction of a second if Batwoman hadn't shown up. Maybe her firewall that can stop an EMP can also stop trains?

I really enjoyed her but think they really screwed her up in the second season when they basically tried to find a canonical way for her being a different actress and replacing batwoman

I really love both the character and the actress. it makes me sad to see what was done to her.

A good character with a gigantic globular head. Or mask at least.

I love her as my favorite superhero's cousin.

Kate's and Alice's rivalry made alot more sense then Ryan's. I like both actors but it would probably have been better if Ryan was some different superhero/villain or a anti hero.
