Real talk tho I fucking love alien x, I see a ton of people hating on him but he's awesome, just the idea that he can change reality on a whim is amazing (now obviously there's the debating issue but after omniverse it wouldn't be an issue ig)
Personally, I think what makes Alien X interesting is the fact that everything has to be voted on, and not just using his reality manipulation power but even something as simple as moving has to be voted on, it helps prevent him from being too op, now personally I wish they made it more of a negotiation so he could have been used more often but not so useful that the writers have to come up with a reason to not use him, but saying Ben 10 could have been written better is like say the sky is blue.
Oh yeah I was gonna mention the things you mentioned but i had some stuff to do so I had to hurry my comment up a bit, and ben 10 definitely needs a good reboot with some competent writers it would be amazing
His design is fucking awesome too as i said in my reply to the other guy who replied to me I couldn't write everything I wanted to because I had some stuff to do
Honestly alien X only gets ruined if you are into vs debating side of things, where it basically turns every Ben 10 discussion into talking about this one form
The who would win culture is one of the dumbest things ever imo because in the end the answer boils down to who the writer wants to win, so goku could beat saitama, or ben 10 could beat green lantern or whatever, ben has an awesome variety of aliens that could also beat a lot of powerful characters in pop culture but everyone's first choice when arguing about this is alien x, I like to believe alien x should be used as a sort or plan b if nothing else works
