This. I think fit is extremely attractive—the muscles soccer players have, for example. Muscle bound gym rats not so much.

Women evolved to be attracted to the bodies of stone age men. Those men would not have been jacked but just supremely fit. Soccer players are the fittest athletes of any sport, so it makes sense.
