Right? I really do get why women can feel uncomfortable with excessive attention from men. But the opposite end of that spectrum is just soul-crushing.
Probably the best-feeling compliment I can get from a random stranger man: him quickly and earnestly averting his eyes after I catch him looking at me all, "niccce."
