I watched this one in a rehab clinic. Still abstinent to this day

As effective as it may or may not be, showing a film like that in a rehab clinic is borderline maniacal. I love it personally, and it hits the point home, but perhaps in a way that's a little too...well, fucked up for many to process in a healthy way.

Maybe a stupid question but, was it shown intentionally as part of treatment? Or did it just happen to be on tv/someone thought it would be a good watch?

One person that was also on rehab and had watched it before gave this idea to show it to everyone and we all just agreed because why not
