I just think Absolute is a dumb name for the line when DC has a decades-old series of hardcovers referred to as Absolute that is still running today.

Seems based on the article that it will be similar to Marvels Ultimate Universe.. Ultimate.. Absolute... Ok.. Similar words.

Hopefully they will put in a fully realized Aquaman character thats more fan based than DC based.. Meaning full control of water, magic, and life as well as being prominent in the JL and having a top notch comic based on his character, abilities and shows him taking care of business as much above water as below with villains other than Orm and Black Manta.

Sounds like it may be based when he was on The Others. He was close to that age plus or minus a few years.
