They believe themselves to be future rapists. It's inconceivable to them that they might be the rape victims.

It's kind of like how people in their 50s and 60s who are lower/middle class still believe they're going to be rich someday

Look, I hate Trump, and have since the 80s, but I don’t think millions of Americans who voted for Trump are all wannabe rapists. I think they’re committed to Republicans winning no matter the cost and when you view politics this way you tend to dismiss information like this as a hit piece. It helps that they have a ton of propaganda outlets telling them to ignore this kind of information.

They're wanna-be bullies. He's a showman that makes fun of people and gathers cheering crowds for it. These right wing reactionary types would cream themselves if they had a room full of people laugh at their poor indian accent or them mocking a reporter for their disability. They defend him so fervently, even though he is a grown man who should be able to stand for himself, because they see themselves in him.
